About Budding HR Consulting
Recognizing the needs of small and micro-organizations became obvious after Wendy Starr moved from the corporate world to nonprofit and then to small business. Owners and managers take on many roles within the organization from daily operations, finance, business development to building maintenance. Employment compliance is challenging to understand and employee policies and procedures are difficult to create. Growth becomes stagnant and unsustainable without strong businesses strategies and robust employment practices in place. Where is the support that is attainable for larger companies yet unreachable for others?
The journey to the solution began while volunteering on boards and consulting with friends who owned and/or started new businesses. The ability to help others succeed by providing HR solutions at affordable rates became a passion. Nearly 30 years of experience and 10 years of dreams became a reality with Budding HR Consulting, LLC.
